Filey 8 (August 2008)

Not a very good photo (taken from my Nokia N73 phone during a previous visit) but one that partly shows the extent of Filey Brigg from atop Carr Naze. The sea is
very calm and the tide is no where near fully out. Along the southern (right) side of the Brigg, and still submerged by the tide, is the man made pier type structures of
SpittalRocks - which possibly date back to Roman times, when they may have acted as a supply harbour for the Carr Naze signal station previously mentioned.
