A classic livery on a classic loco. 37431 was
originally 37272 until 1985 when it recieved it's new number and named "Sir Powys / County of powis". Re-painted into Intercity Mainline
Livery in 1990, but losing its name in 1991 (renamed "Bullidae" from 1991 to 1993) it last hauled a train proper in 1998, then was stripped
for spares before its remains were finally disposed of at Wigan CRDC in 2000. |
