Class 37 - Classic Photo 18:   37083 and 37002 at Barnetby Station (7th June 1988)
37083 and 37002 head through Barnetby Station on their way to Scunthorpe Steels works with another iron ore working. 37083 began it's life across the River Humber as a Hull Dairycoates loco (D6783) in December 1962. At the time of this photo it was an Immingham loco and by 1993 it was repainted into 2-tone Grey / Yellow civil engineers "dutch" livery. During 1994, it was stored as "Unserviceable" and then four years later became a donor for spare parts before finally being cut up at Immingham in 2000.
